The far left take on the Lieberman hug
Hughes for America has a vicious anti-Joe Lieberman rant, complaining about his hug with George Bush at the SOTU. Mostly the post shows Hughes' hatred for Bush, which is typical of the far left.
I think that Hughes' holocaust analogy,
Somewhere, six million of Lieberman's ancestors (some of them, I'm sure, my relatives) are turning over in their graves.
is completely out of line. What does he mean by this?
Michelle Malkin thinks this post demonstrates Democratic hypocrisy because they claim to favor "reaching out" and "healing."
That despicable comment is all too typcial of the left these days.
They just don't seem to get why they keep losing elections.

"What does he mean by this?" That he's chanted "Bush = Hitler" so many times that he thinks Bush murdered 6 million Jews.
Need we remind all rational people that Saddam Hussein was paying suicide bombers to murder Jews just a year ago, and that Bush stopped this?

Even if Bush was Hitler, all 6 million of those Jews weren't 'ancestors' of Joe Lieberman - especially since he was born in 1942. Just further proof that liberals won't let a silly thing like facts get in the way of a good slogan.

Is Lieberman not the guy that is having a hissy fit because of "violent video games"? (Has anyone ever actually been hospitalized by a video game?) When someone cares more about the wellbeing of pixelated people than the rights of real people to engage in harmless activity without being slandered... well he should not be getting hugs from anyone! I hope Bush showered after the encounter. Maybe hugging Lieberman is what is making Bush so nervous about men throwing the bouquet.
Given this issue and that Congress has been having weird committee meetings with anti video game "killology" groups and people decrying "eroto-toxins" allegedly being delivered by Internet Porn, I think maybe Washington D.C. should start filtering its drinking water.
